This website shows my background, projects and interests. I am a student and still learning. What you read here reflects my current understanding and may contain mistakes or become out of date.
This website does not sell any goods or services and does not take payments.

You may browse this website and contact me through it. Please do not:

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises about this website, please contact me first so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved that way, the courts of Sikkim, India will have jurisdiction.
The laws that apply to this website include:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872: sets the basic rules for how a contract is formed, including offer, acceptance, free consent and a lawful object.
- Information Technology Act, 2000: gives legal recognition to electronic records and online agreements, and sets out rules for intermediaries.
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020): protects consumers from unfair trade practices. This website does not sell anything, so these e-commerce rules do not normally apply to it.
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: governs how personal data is handled. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Intellectual property laws: protect content and designs under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
